I love exploring new places and recently I decided to try out My Old Dutch Pancake House. It offers savoury and sweet pancakes, as well as a selection of salads, traditional Dutch starters and desserts. The restaurant is decorated with clogs, tulips and artisan plates, which sort of gives you the feeling that you are away, in Holland. The atmosphere is very relaxed and appropriate for families.
I really liked that they have gluten free pancakes. And also, you can create a pancake to suit your taste. The base is priced at £5.50 and then you pay extra for each topping.
I also had a Nutella milkshake, which was delicious!
And I couldn't leave the place without trying one of their sweet pancakes, as I have the sweetest tooth on earth. I chose the 'Butterscotch Strawberry & Blueberries', which as the name says, has strawberries and blueberries served with maple syrup and whipped cream with a little bit of butterscotch sauce. This was heavenly and the highlight of my meal. I had to control myself not to order another one. I will definitely go back and have it again.
So if you live in London or just visiting, I'd recommend popping into My Old Dutch and trying some of their mouth watering pancakes. They have restaurants in Kensington, Chelsea and Holborn.

I really like my old dutch as well! I think they do half price one day of the week too. I had savoury last time, think I need to go back and get something sweet! x
