Topshop Christmas Gift Sets

Last weekend I went to an event in Central London. On our way to the tube station, Alina and I just couldn't resist having a little browse around in some shops. I then had the chance to check in person Topshop's Christmas collection and fell in love with all the sets they have this year. Once I laid my eyes on Topshop Beauty Lip and Cream Blush Set - Bright Pink I knew I had to bring it home with me. I know it's unbelievable but I had never tried any makeup from Topshop. So I thought this would be a great opportunity to test their products. The sets are packaged incredibly well and they're also cheaper, at £12 (I'd pay £17 if I bought both items separately).
"Bright Pink" comes with Innocent lipstick, which is a gorgeous bubblegum pink and Illicit Cream Blush, a beautiful neutral blush with tiny specks of golden shimmer. It looks really natural and I love that it gives just a healthy glow to my cheeks without looking glittery. I was told this blush is limited edition and only available to buy in this set, which is another good reason to grab it before it's gone. Both blush and lipstick are soft and sheer but buildable and would compliment pretty much everyone from very light to olive/medium skin tone. I'm in love!
Swatches: Illicit cream blush and Innocent lipstick
Although I think most people might prefer this duo for summer, I can never resist a pretty pink and think this set would make a great stocking filler. But if pink is not your thing or not what you're into this time of the year, you could go for Topshop Beauty Lips and Cream Blush - True Red. This one comes with a gorgeous deep red lipstick (Wicked) and a terracota/coral blush (Head Over Heels).
I'm really pleased I got to finally try some Topshop beauty products, as I really like them! I honestly think that if you are after treating yourself or a girly friend or sister, you should definitely have a look at their gift sets. They are absolutely adorable and there's something to please everyone, from nail polish sets to a whole eye look with eyeshadow palette, mascara and eyeliner.

What do you think of Topshop's makeup? Would you like to find one of these cute sets under your tree? :) x
