November Beauty + Non Beauty Favourites

Another month is gone and the countdown for Christmas has now begun. Yay! I literally can't wait. Am I the only one who gets as excited for Christmas as a child? :D

As usual, I like to share with you everything I've been obsessed with recently. I've had some new products I fell in love with this month but I also rekindled my love for some older favourites.

*BEAUTY FAVOURITES*

Urban Decay Naked 2 Basics
I have been wearing this palette non stop since I got it. It's the perfect everyday palette. Really love the cool toned shades, the pigmentation, blendability, everything about it, really. If like me, you prefer more matte and neutral shadows for day to day activities like work, school, etc, then it's definitely worth investing on one of these. More info and swatches here.

Nars Audacious Lipstick - Anita
I bought my first Nars Audacious lipstick right when it came out, back in September, and I fell absolutely head over hills for it. The shade range and formula are amazing. Firstly, I got Raquel (which I reviewed here) and recently I went back and bought Anita, a more mauvey / plummy shade, which I think is gorgeous for this season. I just can't get enough of these and I'm sure I'll be buying more of them in the future. There are around 40 shades to choose from. Here's a photo of me wearing Anita. Such a lovely shade for this season.

By Terry Ombre Blackstar in Misty Rock
This is one product that will probably be amongst my favourites forever. Such an amazing eyeshadow stick. The price is quite steep, at £28, but as with most high end stuff, you do get what you pay for. The colour is so beautiful, with specks of glitter that give it a super luxurious look. And the longevity is incredible! This product just won't budge, no matter what you do. I get asked what I'm wearing a lot when I have this on. It's seriously stunning. And I would and will definitely buy it again. Read more about it here

Collection Extreme 24h Felt Tip Liner
At just £2.99 this liner is incredible. It's very black, long lasting, dries matte and it's easy to apply. What else could you want? If you're after a budget eyeliner, look no further.

Clarins Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Toner
I love this toner. I usually wear it at night, just before my serum and moisturiser and it helps keep my skin soft and smooth by the morning. I'll wear it particularly if my skin is having a bad day, as it seems to keep spots at bay or heal them quicker.

*NON BEAUTY FAVOURITES*

Whittard Hazelnut White Hot Chocolate
This is just so dreamy! Not too sweet and the hazelnut flavour adds such a delicious touch! I love that it makes me feel so cosy. It's the perfect hot drink for a cold winter day, whilst all snuggled up on the sofa, watching teli. Loved it last year and I'm now loving it all over again.

TV Series:
The Walking Dead
I started watching this series because of my hubby but I was convinced I'd hate it due to the usual gross scenes of zombies eating people, that kind of thing. I couldn't be more wrong. I quickly got hooked to the story line and wanted to watch episode after episode. And I think we finished 3 seasons in pretty much 2-3 weeks. It's that addictive. I've now purchased the DVD for the 4th season and I'm just waiting for it to arrive.

American Horror Story
Once The Walking Dead was over, we jumped straight into American Horror Story. Sorry, but I'm a bit of a granny, specially when it's cold and rainy, all I wanna do is order pizza and have a night in. So hubby and I were just binge watching these 2 TV series. lol Really interesting plot and unlike others, this one has a different story with different characters every season (although the actors are pretty much the same). Loved the 1st season (Murder House) and the 3rd one (Witch Coven). If you're not into Zombies but are looking for something new to watch, I'd definitely give this program a shot. :)

So these are the things I've been really enjoying. What about you? What were your favourite things throughout November? X
