London Fashion Week #LFW is here and I could not go by it without mentioning the latest BOSS Women Runway Edition*, launched last month. Boss is renowned for its fashion but also for its fragrances. And now the two things have been brought together with this collection, that is all about 3 different statements, looks and fragrances. Each perfume features a fashion sketch: the day dress, the tuxedo and the evening gown. The idea is that the scents reflect these tailored looks.
Love the glass bottles, each with it's own colour and sketch, finished with golden details. Although the lid is plastic, it's very solid and classy. I have no doubt these would look lovely on everyone's dressing table.
Boss JOUR Pour Femme is the "daytime look" scent, featuring citrus and white flowers. It's a very fresh and light hearted fragrance.
Boss MA VIE Pour Femme is the "tuxedo" scent, represented by the tailored smoky jacket. This is my favourite perfume out of the three and the one I reach to the most. With blends of cactus blossom and refined blooms, this EDP is sweet and elegant, yet daring and sexy.
Boss NUIT Pour Femme is the "evening gown" scent and my second favourite. Notes of jasmine and violet make this a very sensual and sophisticated fragrance.
I personally find it hard to describe scents or understand it when someone describes them to me. Perfume is the kind of thing you have to try to know if it's your style, therefore I urge you all to pop into your nearest stockist and smell this wonderful trilogy. They are all simply lovely and really long lasting. I don't think you necessarily need to have all three of them, but I love the different styles, and I'm sure you can find at least one that will suit your taste and preference.
The BOSS Women Runway Edition can now be found in stores nationwide and retails for £50 (50ml) but you can also find the regular EDP available in 30ml, 50ml, 75ml (here).
