Tom Ford Lipstick | Pink Dusk

I must have been a very good girl in 2014 because "Santa" brought me this gorgeous present over Christmas. I was very excited to finally get my hands on the Tom Ford Lip Colour in Pink Dusk.

I was instantly attracted to the packaging. Silly, I know. But I love the black and gold details and how luxurious the product looks and feels. If you're gonna spend £37 on a lipstick, it has to look special, right?! And it does!

The lipstick has the TF logo embossed on the packaging and on the bullet. I admit feeling a bit sorry to ruin it in the beginning but that soon got replaced by the urge to try on this beauty. The product itself is also amazing. It's probably the softest lipstick I've ever tried. Feels incredibly comfortable on the lips and it's also really pigmented. I thought it wouldn't last very well due to it being so creamy but it does last a long time and even after eating and drinking I can still see some signs of it left on my lips. The smell is very subtle and it's got a vanilla scent that I'd say is pretty identical to Mac's lipsticks. 

If you read my blog from the beginning, then you know I'm a nude lip kinda girl, which makes Pink Dusk the perfect lipstick for me. Such a gorgeous pinky / peachy nude shade. Looks absolutely stunning on and I also love that it's got a very glossy finish and keeps my lips moisturised all the time.  

I personally have nothing bad to say about this lipstick other than I think we are all crazy to want to spend £37 on a lipstick. haha But if you're gonna splurge on a high end product, I'd say definitely go for Tom Ford, as the lipsticks are simply incredible! :)
